لَكِنَّ شَاوُلَ رَمَى رُمْحَهُ عَلَى يُونَاثَانَ وَحَاوَلَ ضَرْبَهُ بِهِ. فَتَيَقَّنَ يُونَاثَانُ أنَّ أبَاهُ مُصَمِّمٌ عَلَى قَتلِ دَاوُدَ.
