أخَذَ دَاوُدُ مِنْ هدَدَ عَزَرَ ألْفًا وَسَبعَ مِئَةِ خيَّالٍ وَعِشْرِينَ ألْفًا مِنَ المُشَاةِ. فَعَطَّلَ المَرْكَبَاتِ كُلَّهَا مَا عَدَا مِئَةَ مَرْكَبَةٍ.
