مَنْ كَانَ يُخَالِفُ شَرِيعَةَ مُوسَى، كَانَ يُنَفَّذُ فِيهِ حُكْمُ المَوْتِ بِلَا رَأفَةٍ بِنَاءً عَلَى شَهَادَةِ شَاهِدَينِ أوْ ثَلَاثَةِ شُهُودٍ.
