أجَابَهُ يَسُوعُ: «مَا كُنْتَ لِتَمْلُكَ أيَّةَ سُلطَةٍ عَلَيَّ لَوْ لَمْ يُعطِكَ إيَّاهَا اللهُ. لِذَلِكَ فَإنَّ خَطِيَّةَ الرَّجُلِ الَّذِي سَلَّمَنِي إلَيْكَ أعْظَمُ مِنْ خَطِيَّتِكَ.»
