فَحِينَ رَأى يَشُوعُ وَكُلُّ إسْرَائِيلَ أنَّ جُنُودَ الكَمِينِ سَيطَرُوا عَلَى المَدِينَةِ وَأنَّ الدُّخَانَ يَرْتَفِعُ مِنْهَا، التَفَتُوا إلَى الخَلْفِ وَهَاجَمُوا رِجَالَ عَايٍ.
