Deuteronomy 19:10

فلا يُسفَكَ دَمٌ بَريءٌ في وَسَطِ أَرضِكَ الَّتي يُعْطيكَ الرَّبُّ إِلٰهُكَ إِيَّاها ميراثًا، ولا يَكونَ دَمٌ علَيكَ.
