إِنَّ الَّذينَ يَقبَلونَ الكَهَنوتَ مِن بَني لاوِي تَأمُرُهمُ الشَّريعَةُ بِأَن يأخُذوا العُشْرَ مِنَ الشَّعْب، أَي مِن إِخوتِهم، مَعَ أَنَّهم خَرَجوا هم أَيضًا مِن صُلْبِ إِبراهيم.
