أَنا أَقَمتُه لِلبِرّ، وسأُقَوِّمُ جَميعَ طُرُقِه، هو يَبْني مَدينَتي ويُطلِقُ مَجلُوِّيَّ، بلا ثَمَنٍ ولا رَشوَة، قالَ رَبُّ القُوَّات.
