أمّا أنتَ يا عَزرا، فحَسَبَ حِكمَةِ إلهِكَ الّتي بيَدِكَ ضَعْ حُكّامًا وقُضاةً يَقضونَ لجميعِ الشَّعبِ الّذي في عَبرِ النَّهرِ مِنْ جميعِ مَنْ يَعرِفُ شَرائعَ إلهِكَ. والّذينَ لا يَعرِفونَ فعَلِّموهُم.
