مَوتُ نابال فَرَجِعَتْ أبِيجايِلُ إلَى نابالَ. وَكانَتْ فِي بَيتِهِ وَلِيمَةٌ كَوَلِيمَةِ المَلِكِ. وَسَكِرَ وَانتَشَى. فَلَمْ تُخبِرْهُ أبِيجايِلُ بِشَيءٍ حَتَّى صَباحِ اليَومِ التّالِي.
