«إنْ تَشاجَرَ رِجالٌ فَضَرَبُوا امْرأةً حُبلَى، فَسَقَطَ الجَنِينُ لَكِنَّها لَمْ تَتَأذَّ، يَدْفَعُ المَسؤُولُ عَنْ ذَلِكَ غَرامَةً يُحَدِّدُها زَوجُ المَرأةِ بِإشْرَافِ القاضِي.
