ما أقصِدُهُ هُوَ أنَّ العَهْدَ الَّذِي أقَرَّهُ اللهُ مُسبَقاً، لا تُلغِيهِ الشَّرِيعَةُ الَّتِي جاءَتْ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ بِأربَعِ مِئَةٍ وَثَلاثِينَ سَنَةً. وَهَكَذا لا يَتِمُّ إبطالُ الوَعْدِ أيضاً.
