وَمَرَّةً أُخْرَى أُعلِنُ لِكُلِّ شَخْصٍ سَمَحَ لِنَفْسِهِ بِأنْ يُختَنَ، بِأنَّهُ مُجبَرٌ عَلَى الِالْتِزامِ بِالشَّرِيعَةِ كُلِّها.
