وبَنى فيهِ مذبَحا للرّبِّ، وقدَّمَ مُحرَقاتٍ وذَبائِـحَ سلامةٍ، ودَعا إلى الرّبِّ فا ستجابَ لَه بإنزالِ نارٍ مِنَ السَّماءِ على مذبَحِ المُحرَقَةِ.
