لَكِنَّهُ لَمْ يَجِدْ شَيْئًا. فَقَالَ لِلبُستَانِيِّ: ‹هَا قَدْ مَضَتْ ثَلَاثُ سَنَوَاتٍ وَأنَا آتِي مُتَوَقِّعًا ثَمَرًا مِنْ شَجَرَةِ التِّينِ هَذِهِ، لَكِنِّي لَا أجِدُ شَيْئًا. اقطَعْهَا، فَلِمَاذَا أترُكُهَا تُضَيِّعُ مَسَاحَةً مِنَ الأرْضِ؟›
