تَتُوقُ إِلَيْكَ نَفْسِي فِي اللَّيْلِ، وَفِي الصَّبَاحِ تَشْتَاقُ إِلَيْكَ رُوحِي. عِنْدَمَا تَسُدْ أَحْكَامُكَ فِي الأَرْضِ يَتَعَلَّمْ أَهْلُهَا الْعَدْلَ.

ما معنى هذا؟
