In this verse, Jesus appears to Paul in a vision and encourages him to stay strong. He promises that just as Paul has spoken about Him in Jerusalem, he will also bear witness in Rome.

Imagine you're on a big trip and feeling scared. Then your best friend comes up to you and says, 'Don't worry! You've done great so far, and I'll be with you until the very end.' That's what Jesus did for Paul. He told him not to fear because he would get through Rome just like he got through Jerusalem.

This verse is found in the Acts of the Apostles, written by Luke around 60-80 AD. It describes a vision given to Paul when he was facing trial and uncertainty about his future.
