Que signifie ce verset ?

In the old days, there were special places called 'cities of refuge' where someone like you could go to be safe until it was clear that the accident wasn't your fault. This verse is talking about one of those special cities, Ramoth, and another city called Mahanaim, both given to special helpers called Levites.
