Romans 8:34
French NFC 2019 (Nouvelle Français Courant)
Que signifie ce verset ?
This verse is from Paul's letter to the Romans and it says that no one can condemn us because Jesus died for our sins, rose again, and now sits at God’s right hand making intercession for us.
Expliqué aux enfants
Imagine you did something wrong. Your friend got in trouble for it but then he stood up for you even though people said he was to blame. That's like what Jesus does for us. He took the punishment for our mistakes and now speaks on our behalf to God.
Contexte historique
The Apostle Paul wrote this letter around AD 57-58 to the Christians in Rome. This verse is part of his argument that believers are free from condemnation because Christ has paid the price for their sins through His death and resurrection.
Application pour aujourd'hui
A modern scenario could be someone who feels guilty about past mistakes or fears judgment. Knowing that Jesus, having died and risen again, now defends them before God can bring immense relief and freedom.
