Ver meg nådig, Herre, for heile dagen ropar eg til deg.

Gjer din tenar inderleg glad! Herre, eg lyfter mi sjel til deg.

For du er god og tilgjev gjerne, Herre, stor er den miskunn du viser mot alle ¬som kallar på deg.

Herre, vend øyra til mi bøn, lyd etter når eg tryglar og bed!
7
Den dag eg er i naud, ¬ropar eg til deg, for du vil bønhøyra meg.
8
Herre, mellom gudar ¬er ingen som du, og ingen gjerningar er ¬som dine.
9
Alle folk som du har skapt, skal koma ¬og bøya seg for deg, Herre, og æra ditt namn.

For du er stor, ¬og du gjer under. Einast du er Gud.
11
Herre, lær meg din veg, så eg kan ferdast ¬i di sanning! Gjev meg eit udelt hjarta, så eg kan ottast ditt namn!

Eg takkar deg, Herre, ¬av heile mitt hjarta; min Gud, eg vil evig æra ¬ditt namn.

For din truskap mot meg ¬er stor, frå det djupe dødsriket ¬har du fria meg ut.

Frekke menn ¬reiser seg mot meg, Gud, ein flokk av valdsmenn ¬står meg etter livet. Dei har ikkje deg for auga.

Men du, Herre Gud, ¬er mild og nådig, langmodig og rik ¬på miskunn og truskap.

Vend deg til meg ¬og ver meg nådig! Gjev din tenar kraft frå deg, og berga son ¬til di tenestkvinne!
17
Gjev meg eit teikn ¬som varslar godt! Lat dei som hatar meg, ¬sjå det og skjemmast! For du, Herre, ¬hjelper og trøystar meg.
