ktorí stojíte v Hospodinovom dome, na nádvoriach domu nášho Boha.

Chváľte Hospodina, lebo Hospodin je dobrý, ospevujte jeho meno, lebo je ľúbezné.

Hospodin si totiž vyvolil Jákoba, Izrael za svoje vlastníctvo.

Ja viem, že Hospodin je veľký; náš Pán prevyšuje všetkých bohov.

Roh je symbol moci.

Svieca je symbol zachovania rodu.Hospodin koná, čo chce, na nebi i na zemi, v moriach i vo všetkých hlbinách.Z odľahlých končín privádza oblaky, bleskami sprevádza dážď, vypúšťa vietor zo svojich skrýš.On pozabíjal egyptských prvorodencov od ľudí po dobytok;zoslal znamenia a zázraky tebe, Egypt, faraónovi a všetkým jeho služobníkom.Porazil mnohé národy a pozabíjal mocných kráľov:Síchona, kráľa amorejského, Óga, kráľa bášanského, a všetky kráľovstvá Kanaánu.Ich krajinu dal do dedičstva, do dedičstva Izraelu, svojmu ľudu.Hospodin, tvoje meno je večné, pamiatka na teba, Hospodin, je z pokolenia na pokolenie.Hospodin obráni svoj ľud, nad svojimi služobníkmi sa zľutuje.Modly pohanov sú striebro a zlato, výtvor ľudských rúk.Majú ústa, ale nemôžu hovoriť. Majú oči, ale nemôžu vidieť.Majú uši, ale nemôžu počuť, ani v ich ústach niet dychu.Im sa budú podobať ich tvorcovia, každý, kto sa na ne spolieha.Dom Izraela, dobroreč Hospodinovi! Dom Árona, dobroreč Hospodinovi!Dom Léviho, dobroreč Hospodinovi! Vy, čo sa bojíte Hospodina, dobrorečte Hospodinovi!Pochválený buď Hospodin zo Siona, ten, ktorý prebýva v Jeruzaleme! Haleluja!
