Sio sisi, ee Mwenyezi-Mungu, sio sisi; bali wewe peke yako utukuzwe, kwa ajili ya fadhili zako na uaminifu wako.

Kwa nini mataifa yaseme: “Mungu wenu yuko wapi?”
3
Mungu wetu yuko mbinguni; yeye hufanya yote anayotaka.
4
Miungu yao ni ya fedha na dhahabu; imetengenezwa kwa mikono ya wanadamu.
5
Ina vinywa, lakini haisemi. Ina macho, lakini haioni.
6
Ina masikio, lakini haisikii. Ina pua, lakini hainusi.
7
Ina mikono, lakini haipapasi. Ina miguu, lakini haitembei. Haiwezi kamwe kutoa sauti.
8
Wote wanaoitengeneza wanafanana nayo, kadhalika na wote wanaoitumainia.
9
Enyi Waisraeli, mtumainieni Mwenyezi-Mungu; yeye ndiye msaada wenu na ngao yenu.
10
Enyi wazawa wa Aroni, mtumainieni Mwenyezi-Mungu; yeye ndiye msaada wenu na ngao yenu.
11
Enyi mnaomcha Mwenyezi-Mungu, mtumainini, yeye ndiye msaada wenu na ngao yenu.
12
Mwenyezi-Mungu atukumbuka na atatubariki; atawabariki watu wa Israeli, atawabariki wazawa wa Aroni.
13
Atawabariki wote wamchao, atawabariki wakubwa na wadogo.
14
Mwenyezi-Mungu awajalieni muongezeke; awajalieni muongezeke nyinyi na wazawa wenu!
15
Mbarikiwe na Mwenyezi-Mungu, aliyeziumba mbingu na dunia.
16
Mbingu ni mali yake Mwenyezi-Mungu, bali dunia amewapa binadamu.
17
Wafu hawamsifu Mwenyezi-Mungu, wala wale wanaoshuka katika nchi ya kimya.
18
Lakini sisi tulio hai twamsifu Mwenyezi-Mungu; tutamsifu sasa na hata milele. Msifuni Mwenyezi-Mungu!
