اِن کمروں کی بیرونی دیوار پونے 9 فٹ موٹی تھی۔ جو کمرے رب کے گھر کی شمالی دیوار میں تھے اُن میں داخل ہونے کا ایک دروازہ تھا، اور اِسی طرح جنوبی کمروں میں داخل ہونے کا ایک دروازہ تھا۔ مَیں نے دیکھا کہ رب کا گھر ایک چبوترے پر تعمیر ہوا ہے۔ اِس کا جتنا حصہ اُس کے ارد گرد نظر آتا تھا وہ پونے 9 فٹ چوڑا اور ساڑھے 10 فٹ اونچا تھا۔ رب کے گھر کی بیرونی دیوار سے ملحق کمرے اِس پر بنائے گئے تھے۔ اِس چبوترے اور اماموں سے مستعمل مکانوں کے درمیان کھلی جگہ تھی جس کا فاصلہ 35 فٹ تھا۔ یہ کھلی جگہ رب کے گھر کے چاروں طرف نظر آتی تھی۔
