تو اُس نے اپنی فوج کو تین گروہوں میں تقسیم کیا۔ یہ گروہ دوبارہ سِکم کو گھیر کر گھات میں بیٹھ گئے۔ جب لوگ شہر سے نکلے تو ابی مَلِک اپنے گروہ کے ساتھ چھپنے کی جگہ سے نکل آیا اور شہر کے دروازے میں کھڑا ہو گیا۔ باقی دو گروہ میدان میں موجود افراد پر ٹوٹ پڑے اور سب کو ہلاک کر دیا۔
