*Với người bị thiên hạ khinh chê, bị dân mình kinh tởm, với người làm tôi mọi cho bạo chúa, ĐỨC CHÚA là Đấng Cứu Chuộc và là Đức Thánh của Ít-ra-en, Người phán thế này : Vua chúa sẽ thấy và đứng lên, chư hầu sẽ thấy và bái lạy vì uy quyền của ĐỨC CHÚA là Đấng trung thành, là Đức Thánh của Ít-ra-en, Đấng đã tuyển chọn ngươi.
