V onen den se chopí sedm žen jednoho muže se slovy: Budeme jíst vlastní pokrm a budeme si oblékat vlastní oděv, jen ať jsme nazvány tvým jménem; odejmi naši potupu!

V onen den bude výhonek Hospodinův nádherný a slavný, plod země pýchou a okrasou pro ty z Izraele, kteří vyváznou.

I stane se, že ten, kdo zůstane na Sijónu a bude ponechán v Jeruzalémě, bude nazván svatý – každý zapsaný k životu v Jeruzalémě.

Když Panovník smyje nečistotu dcer sijónských a vypláchne krev Jeruzaléma z jeho středu duchem soudu a duchem ohnivé očisty,

Hospodin stvoří nad každým sídlem hory Sijón a nad jejími shromážděními oblak ve dne a kouř a zář plápolajícího ohně v noci; protože nad vší slávou bude baldachýn.

Bude to stánek jako zastínění před horkem ve dne a jako útočiště a úkryt před přívalem i před deštěm.
