Mein Herz ist fest, o Gott; ich will singen und spielen!

Wache auf, meine Ehre, wache auf, Harfe und Zither; aufwecken will ich die Morgenröte!
4
Ich will dich preisen unter den Völkern, Jahwe, und will dich besingen unter den Nationen!
5
Denn groß über den Himmel hinaus ist deine Gnade, und bis zu den Wolken deine Treue.
6
Erhebe dich über den Himmel, o Gott, und über die ganze Erde breite sich deine Herrlichkeit.
7
Damit deine Geliebten errettet werden, so hilf nun mit deiner Rechten und erhöre mich!

Gott hat in seinem Heiligtume geredet: "Ich will frohlocken! "Ich will Sichem verteilen und das Thal Sukkoth ausmessen.
9
"Mein ist Gilead, mein ist Manasse, und Ephraim ist die Schutzwehr meines Hauptes, Juda mein Herrscherstab.
10
"Moab ist mein Waschbecken; auf Edom werfe ich meinen Schuh, über Philistäa jauchze ich."

Wer führt mich nach der festen Stadt? Wer geleitet mich nach Edom?
12
Hast nicht du, o Gott, uns verworfen und ziehst nicht aus, o Gott, mit unseren Heeren?
13
Schaffe uns Hilfe gegen den Feind, denn eitel ist Menschenhilfe!
14
Mit Gott werden wir Heldenthaten verrichten, und er wird unsere Feinde niedertreten.
