Oleh sebab itu, Aku bersumpah, Moab dan orang Amon akan Kubinasakan seperti Sodom dan Gomora. Aku TUHAN Yang Mahakuasa, Allah Israel, dan Aku berjanji negeri mereka akan dibinasakan selamanya. Tanah mereka akan ditumbuhi rumput liar. Tanahnya akan ditutupi oleh garam Laut Mati. Umat-Ku yang selamat akan mengambil tanah itu dan semua barang yang tersisa di dalamnya.”
