"Se uno offre, come sacrificio per il banchetto sacro, un capo di bestiame grosso, deve scegliere un toro o una vacca senza difetti: lo porterà al santuario,

porrà la mano sulla testa dell' animale e lo sgozzerà all' ingresso della tenda dell' incontro. Un sacerdote dei discendenti di Aronne sparge il sangue sui lati dell' altare.

"Questi sono i pezzi riservati al Signore, e a lui si devono offrire: tutto il grasso che ricopre le viscere,
4
i due reni con il grasso che vi è attaccato, il grasso che è intorno ai fianchi e il lobo del fegato insieme con i reni.

I sacerdoti bruceranno tutti questi pezzi sull' altare insieme con il sacrificio completo. Il Signore accetta volentieri questo sacrificio consumato dal fuoco in suo onore.

"Se uno offre al Signore, come sacrificio per il banchetto sacro, un capo di bestiame piccolo, deve prendere una bestia senza difetti, maschio o femmina.
7
Se è un montone, lo porta al santuario;
8
allora posa la mano sulla sua testa e lo sgozza davanti alla tenda dell' incontro. Uno dei sacerdoti sparge il sangue dell' animale sui lati dell' altare.
9
Poi vengono presentate al Signore queste parti grasse che gli sono riservate: la coda tutt' intera, staccandola vicino all' osso sacro, e tutto il grasso che ricopre gli intestini;
10
i due reni con il grasso che vi è attaccato o sta intorno ai fianchi; dovrà pure essere staccata la massa di grasso che sta, attorno al fegato, sopra i reni.

Il sacerdote fa bruciare tutto sull' altare. Questo sacrificio bruciato appartiene al Signore.

"Se uno offre una capra, deve portarla al santuario;
13
posa la mano sulla testa e la sgozza davanti alla tenda dell' incontro. Uno dei sacerdoti sparge il sangue dell' animale sui lati dell' altare.
14
Poi vengono presentate al Signore queste parti che gli sono riservate: tutto il grasso che ricopre gli intestini,
15
i due reni, con il grasso che vi è attaccato o sta intorno ai fianchi; si staccherà pure la massa di grasso che sta attorno al fegato, sopra i reni
16
Il sacerdote fa bruciare tutto sull' altare. Questo sacrificio è come un cibo che il Signore accetta volentieri. "Tutte le parti grasse sono riservate al Signore.
17
Per questo, in ogni tempo e in qualunque luogo abiterete, voi dovete osservare questa prescrizione: non mangiate né il grasso né il sangue di un animale".
