Intaka layo ilizuzile ikhaya, lenkonjane isidleke sayo, lapho ingazalela khona abantwana bayo indawo eduze kwe-alithari lakho, Oh Thixo Somandla, Nkosi yami loNkulunkulu wami.

Babusisiwe labo abahlala endlini yakho; bahlala bekudumisa kokuphela.

Babusisiwe labo abalamandla abo akuwe asebebeke inhliziyo zabo ekulagiseni kuwe.

Bathi nxa bedabula esiGodini seBhaka basenze sibe yindawo yemithombo; izulu lekwindla lalo ligcwalise iziziba.

Ayakhula amandla abo ande, ngulowo lalowo aze aqhamuke kuNkulunkulu eZiyoni.

Zwana umkhuleko wami, Oh Thixo Nkulunkulu Somandla; akungilalele, Oh Nkulunkulu kaJakhobe.

Khangela isihlangu sethu, Oh Nkulunkulu; khangela ngomusa kogcotshiweyo wakho.

Lungcono usuku olulodwa emagumeni akho kulensuku eziyinkulungwane kwenye indawo; kungabangcono ngibe ngumlindimasango endlini kaNkulunkulu kulokuhlala emathenteni ababi.

Ngoba uThixo ulilanga lesihlangu; uThixo uyapha umusa lodumo; kancitshani langaluphi ulutho oluhle kulabo ozinyathelo zabo zingelansolo.
