What Does This Mean?
This verse is from Jeremiah, where God says that heaven and earth will rejoice because Babylon will be punished by invaders from the north. The main message is that God's justice will be served against Babylon.

Imagine if a mean bully was going to be taught a lesson by someone stronger. Everyone would feel happy because the bully wouldn’t hurt others anymore. That’s what this verse is talking about, but with a big, powerful city called Babylon.
