Louvem o Senhor todos os seus anjos, louvem o Senhor os seus exércitos celestes.

Louvem o Senhor o sol e a lua; louvem o Senhor todas as estrelas brilhantes.

Louvem o Senhor os céus imensos, as nuvens carregadas de chuva acima do firmamento.

Louvem todos eles o nome do Senhor, pois ele mandou, e todos eles foram criados.

Ele ordenou e todos foram firmados nos seus lugares e ali permanecerão para sempre; as leis que o Senhor determinou para o universo jamais serão mudadas.

Louve o Senhor, tudo que existe na terra: monstros do mar e todas as profundezas do mar.
8
Louvem o Senhor, relâmpagos e chuva de pedra, neve e neblina, ventos fortes que obedecem à sua ordem!
9
Louvem o Senhor os montes e as colinas, as árvores que dão fruto e os grandes cedros,
10
todos os animais selvagens e o gado; louvem o Senhor os animais que se arrastam e as aves,
11
reis da terra e todas as nações, líderes e autoridades de todos os povos,
12
moços e moças, velhos e crianças.
13
Que todos louvem o nome do Senhor, pois somente ele é digno de ser louvado. Ele é o Rei poderoso, que está acima da terra e dos céus.
14
Ele transforma seu povo numa nação forte e respeitada, e por isso o louvam todos os seus servos fiéis, o povo de Israel, que ele escolheu, e a quem ele tanto ama. Aleluia!
