主有言曉諭我說、

人子阿、葡萄樹比別樣樹有何美處、在林中諸樹中的葡萄枝有何強處。

可以取為木料豫備工用麼、可取以作釘懸挂物件麼。
4
不過扔在火中當作柴燒、火既焚燒兩頭、中間已經燒著、還合乎工用麼。
5
齊全的時候、尚且不合乎工用、既經火燒、不更不合乎工用麼。
6
現在上主耶和華如此說、我使林樹中的葡萄樹不過為火所燒、我使 耶路撒冷 的居民也如此。
7
我必向他們發怒、他們逃出一火、又入一火、我向他們發怒時、你們便知道我是主。
8
我必使地土荒凉、因為他們行悖逆、這是上主耶和華說的。
