“无能力的，你怎样帮助他， 膀臂无力的，你怎样拯救他！

无智慧的，你怎样教导他， 显明你丰盛的智慧！
4
你靠谁发言呢？ 谁的灵从你而出呢？
5
阴魂和在水中居住的，都在水下痛苦不堪。
6
阴间在 神面前赤露敞开， 灭亡之处也没有遮盖。
7
他把北极铺在空间， 把地球挂在太空。
8
他把水包在密云中， 水下面的云却不破裂。
9
他遮蔽自己宝座的正面， 把云铺在上面。
10
在水面划出界限， 直到光与暗的交界。
11
天的柱子都因他的斥责 震动惊奇；
12
他以能力搅动大海， 以聪明击伤拉哈伯。
13
他以自己的气使天晴朗， 他的手刺穿逃跑的蛇。
14
这些不过是他的作为的一点点， 我们从他那里所听到的，是多么的微小！ 他大能的雷声谁能够明白呢？”
