它们的木材能做什么有用的东西？ 能做挂东西的木钉吗？

当它被当作木柴扔到火里，烧掉了两头烧焦了中段以后，还能有什么用吗？

如果它完整的时候都毫无用处，那么被火烧焦以后还能派什么用场？

“因此，我－至高的主宣布：我怎样把各树种之中的葡萄树当作烧火的木柴，也要怎样对待耶路撒冷人。

我要跟他们翻脸，尽管他们逃出了火，这火仍然会毁灭他们。当我对他们翻脸的时候，你就会知道我是主。

由于他们一直对我不忠，我一定要使这块土地一片荒凉；我－至高的主这样宣布了。”
