大卫说： “主啊，你是我的力量，我爱你！

主是庇护我的磐石 和堡垒，我的上帝是我的避难之所，他是我的盾，是拯救我的角，是我高踞山巅的平安之地。
3
我的仇敌嘲笑我，我向主求助，他就救我摆脱了仇敌。
4
死亡的绳索缠绕我，毁灭的急流要把我带入死亡的深渊；
5
地狱的绞索缠绕我，死亡的陷井就在眼前！
6
在困境中，我呼求主，呼求我的上帝，于是，在他的圣殿里，他听到我的声音，听到了我求助的呼喊！

于是，大地颤动起来！ 群山的根基抖动起来！ 因为上帝震怒了！

他的鼻孔冒着烟，嘴里喷出毁灭的火焰，火花在周身迸现。

他拉开天幕，踏着浓重的黑云亲自降临。

上帝的光环光辉四射，穿云而出！ 冰雹雷电随之而下。

主从天上打雷，至高者发出他的声音，冰雹雷电随之而下。

他以闪电为箭，驱散他的仇敌； 他的仇敌四散溃逃。
15
主啊，你开口斥责他们，烈风从你口中骤起，刮向你的仇敌； 海水被卷起，海底露出，显现出大地的根基。
16
主从高天伸手抓住我，把我从汹涌咆哮的急流中拉出来！
17
主把我救出仇敌之手； 我的仇敌都比我强大，
18
他们趁人之危向我攻击，但主做我的后盾。
19
我四面受敌，他领我到开阔之地； 他拯救我，因为他喜爱我！
20
主因我的正直奖赏我； 因我的无辜赐福给我。
21
我谨守主的指引，从未背离我的上帝而犯罪。
22
我时刻牢记他的律法典章，从未置之不理。
23
我始终以诚实无私的心侍奉主，使自己远离邪恶。

主因我的正直奖赏我，他知道我确实是无辜的。

主以忠信回报忠信，以真诚回报真诚。

在纯洁善良的人面前，你是纯洁善良的； 在阴险狡猾的人面前，你比他们更难捉摸。

你拯救卑微的人，贬抑傲慢的人。

主啊，你为我亮起明灯，驱散黑暗。

有你的帮助，我能够冲锋陷阵； 在我的上帝的指引下，我能够攀越敌人的坚城。

上帝指引的路是完美无缺的，主的允诺是无可置疑的； 他象盾，庇护依赖他的人。

除了主，没有别的上帝； 唯有我们的上帝，才是我们安全可靠的庇护地。

是上帝赐给我以力量，是上帝使我品德纯洁。

上帝使我快如奔鹿，即使登高履险也步伐稳健。

上帝教导我如何争战，使我能力开铜弓，

上帝啊，你把胜利的盾牌交到我手里，你用右手扶持我，佑护我一次又一次克敌制胜。
36
你使我阔步驰骋，毫无跌绊，

我追赶仇敌，抓住他们； 不把他们扫荡净尽，决不回转！
38
我击倒他们，使他们倒在我的脚下，从此一蹶不起。
39
你赐给我争战的力量，使我的仇敌拜服在我的面前。
40
你使我的仇敌引颈就戳，被砍倒在地。
41
他们哀号求助，但是无人来救； 他们求告主，但他没有回答。
42
我粉碎他们，象风吹散尘土； 我践踏他们，象践踏街上的灰尘。
43
你把我从攻击我的人手中救出来，使我君临天下，外邦异族全都臣服于我。
44
他们闻风而降，匍伏在我的脚下；
45
他们勇气全失，恐惧战栗地走出藏身之处。
46
主是活生生的！ 赞颂属于我的磐石！ 上帝－我的救主至高无上！
47
他是惩罚我的仇敌的上帝，他是使万民臣服于我的上帝！
48
他救我摆脱仇敌，领我脱离凶暴，使我高踞仇敌之上，
49
主啊，为此，我要在列国中颂扬你，我要高歌赞美你。
50
你是至高的上帝，你使选立的君王无往不胜； 你把慈爱赐给你所选立的大卫和他的后裔，直到永远！
