上主 — 我的氣力啊，我敬愛你。

上主是我的山巖，我的要塞，我的拯救者； 是我的上帝，我的石磐，我欲倚靠伊； 伊是我的盾牌，救我的氣力，我的堡壘。

我求叫應該受稱讚的上主， 我就得著解救脫離對敵。
4
死亡的索纏我； 毀滅的大水互我驚。

陰府的索捆縛我； 死亡的羅網網著我。

我佇苦難中祈求上主， 對我的上帝求叫； 伊佇伊的殿內聽我的聲； 我佇伊面前的懇求有入伊的耳孔。

伊用烏暗做伊隱密的所在， 用水及密雲圍起來做帳房。

上主對天頂彈雷， 至高的上帝出聲； 閣有落雹及啲𤏸的炭。

伊射箭，互對敵四散； 伊發出熠爁，互𪜶混亂。

上主，你一下責備， 你鼻孔的氣一下出， 海底就露出， 大地的根基嘛露現。

伊對頂面伸手扭我， 對大水給我救出來。

伊救我脫離兇猛的對敵， 脫離怨恨我的人； 因為𪜶比我較強。

我抵著災難的時，𪜶來攻擊我； 毋拘上主是我的倚靠。

伊導我到開闊安全的所在； 伊救我，因為伊意愛我。

上主因為我正直報答我， 因為我的所做清氣報賞我。

我遵守上主的道路， 毋曾作歹離開我的上帝。

伊所有的命令我有遵守； 伊的規例我毋曾放拺。

我佇伊的面前無通指責； 我保守家己離開罪惡。

因為我正直，上主報賞我； 佇伊的目睭前，我的所做清氣。

慈愛的人，你用慈愛對待伊； 純全的人，你用純全對待伊；
26
清氣的人，你用清氣對待伊； 毋拘，奸詐的人，你用彎曲對待伊。
27
困苦的人，你解救伊； 自高的人，你給伊降低。
28
你點𤏸我的燈； 上主 — 我的上帝給我的烏暗變做光明。
29
我因為倚靠你，會當攻破敵軍； 倚靠我的上帝，會當跳過城牆。
30
此位上帝，伊的道路完全。 上主的話有過火鍛鍊； 倚靠伊的，伊做盾牌保護𪜶。

上主以外，豈有別個上帝？ 阮的上帝以外，豈有石磐通倚靠？

此位上帝用氣力做帶縖我的腰； 伊引導我行安全的路。

伊互我的腳親像鹿𠢕走， 閣互我徛在佇高的所在。

伊訓練我的手𠢕交戰， 互我的手會開銅的弓。

你用盾牌解救我， 用正手扶持我。 你眷顧我，互我高升做大。

你互我踏的地開闊安全； 我的腳毋曾踏脫。

你救我脫離反叛我的人民； 你設立我做列邦的頭。 我毋識的人民會服事我；

外邦的人失膽， 驚惶愕愕惙行出𪜶的陣地。

上主永遠活啲！ 願我倚靠的石磐受稱讚； 願救我的上帝受高舉。

伊就是為我申冤彼位上帝； 伊互眾人降服佇我腳下。

伊救我脫離我的對敵。 上主啊，你提拔我高過攻擊我的人； 你救我脫離強暴的人。
