Y Aconteció deſpues de estas coſas, q tentó Dios à Abraham, y dixole, Abraham, y el respondió, He me aqui.

Y dixo, Toma aora tu hijo, tu vnico, que amas, Iſaac, y vete à tierra de Moriah, y offrecelo alli en holocausto ſobre vno de los montes que yo te diré.

Y Abraham madrugó por la mañana, y en albardó ſu asno, y tomó cõsigo dos moços suyos, y à Iſaac ſu hijo: y corró leña para el holocausto, y leuantóse, y fue àl lugar que Dios le dixo.
4
Al tercero dia alçó Abraham ſus ojos, y vido el lugar de lexos.

Entonces dixo Abraham à ſus moços, Esperáos aqui con el asno, y yo y el mochacho yremos haſta alli, y adoraremos, y bolueremos à vosotros.

Y tomó Abraham la leña del holocausto, y pusola ſobre Iſaac ſu hijo: y el tomó en ſu mano el fuego, y el cuchillo, y fueron ambos juntos.
7
Entõces Iſaac habló à Abraham ſu padre, y dixo, Padre mio, y el respondió, Heme aqui mi hijo. Y el dixo, He aqui el fuego y la leña: mas donde eſtá el cordero para el holocausto?
8
Y respondió Abraham, Dios proueerá para ſi cordero para el holocausto, hijo mio. Y yuan ambos juntos.
9
Y como llegarõ àllugar que Dios le auia dicho, edificó alli Abraham vn altar, y compuso la leña, y ató à Iſaac ſu hijo, y puso lo ſobre el altar, ſobre la leña.
10
Y estendió Abraham ſu mano, y tomó el cuchillo, para degollar à ſu hijo.
11
¶ Entonces el Angel de Iehoua le dió bozes deel cielo y dixo, Abraham, Abrahã: y el respondió, He me aqui.
12
Y dixo, No estiendas tu mano ſobre el mochacho, ni le hagas nada, que aora conozco que temes à Dios, que no me refusaste tu hijo, tu vnico.
13
Entõces alçó Abraham ſus ojos, y miró, y he aqui vn carnero à ſus espaldas trauado en vna mata por ſus cuernos: y fue Abraham, y tomo el carnero, y offreciolo en holocausto en lugar de ſu hijo.
14
Y llamó Abraham el nombre de aquel lugar, Iehoua verá, por tanto ſe dize oy del monte, Iehoua uerá.
15
Y llamó el Angel de Iehoua à Abrahã la segunda vez desde el cielo,
16
Y dixo, Por mi mismo he jurado, dixo Iehoua, que por quanto has hecho eſto, que no refusaste à tu hijo, à tu vnico,
17
Que bendiziendo te bendeziré, y multiplicando multiplicaré tu ſimiente como las eſtrellas del cielo, y como el arena que eſtá à la ribera de la mar: y tu ſimiẽte poſſeerá las puertas de ſus enemigos.
18
Y ENTV SIMIENTE serán benditas todas las Gentes de la tierra, por quanto obedeciste à mi boz.
19
Y tornose Abraham à ſus moços, y leuantaronſe y fueronſe juntos à Bersabee, y habitó Abraham en Bersabee.
20
Y acõtecio deſpues deestas coſas, que fué dada nueua à Abraham diziendo, He aqui que tambien Melchá ha parido hijos à Nachor tu hermano,
21
A Hus ſu primogenito, y à Buz ſu hermano, y à Camuel padre de Aram,
22
Y à Cased, y à Azau, y à Pheldas, y à Iedlaph, y à Bathuel.

Y Bathuel engendró á Rebecca. Estos ocho parió Melcha à Nachor hermano de Abraham.
24
Y ſu concubina, que ſe llamaua Reumah, parió tambien à Tabee, y à Gaham, y à Thahas, y à Maacha.
