ALLELUJA! Szeretem az Urat, mert meghallgatta könyörgésem szavát.

Mert felém fordította fülét azon a napon amelyen segítségül hívtam.

Körülvettek engem a halál gyötrelmei, rám találtak az alvilág veszedelmei. Szorongatásba és nyomorúságba jutottam,

de segítségül hívtam az Úr nevét: „Uram, szabadíts meg engem!”
5
Irgalmas az Úr és igaz, megkönyörül a mi Istenünk.
6
Megoltalmazza az Úr a kicsinyeket, megaláztatásomban megszabadított engem.
7
Térj vissza, lelkem, nyugalmadba, mert az Úr jót tett veled.
8
Megmentett engem a haláltól, szememet a könnyhullatástól, lábamat az elbukástól.
9
Az Úr kedvében járok az élők földjén.
10
Hittem, még ha így is szóltam: „Nagyon nagy megalázás ért!”
11
Elkeseredésemben azt mondtam: „Hazug minden ember!”
12
Mivel viszonozzam az Úrnak mindazt, amit velem cselekedett?
13
Fölemelem a szabadulás kelyhét, és segítségül hívom az Úr nevét.
14
Teljesítem az Úrnak tett fogadalmaimat egész népe előtt.
15
Az Úr szemében drága dolog, szentjeinek halála.
16
Én is, Uram, a te szolgád vagyok, szolgád vagyok és szolgálód fia. Széttörted bilincseimet:
17
a hála áldozatát mutatom be neked, és segítségül hívom az Úr nevét.
18
Teljesítem az Úrnak tett fogadalmaimat egész népe előtt
19
az Úr házának udvaraiban, tebenned, Jeruzsálem.
