Gelbėk mane, o Dieve; nes vandenys atėjo iki mano sielos.
2
Nugrimzdau į gilų dumblą, nėra kur atsistoti; įėjau į gilius vandenis, kur srovės užliejo mane.
3
Aš nuvargau bešaukdamas; išdžiūvo mano gerklė; išseko mano akys belaukiant mano Dievo.
4
Daugiau nei mano galvos plaukų yra tų, kurie be priežasties manęs nekenčia; galingi yra tie, kurie nori mane sunaikinti, neteisėtai būdami mano priešais; tada aš grąžinau tai, ko nebuvau paėmęs.
5
O Dieve, tu žinai mano kvailystę; ir mano nuodėmės nepaslėptos nuo tavęs.
6
Tenebūna gėdinami dėl manęs tie, kurie laukia tavęs, o Viešpatie, kariuomenių DIEVE; tenebūna sugluminami dėl manęs tie, kurie ieško tavęs, o Izraelio Dieve.
7
Kadangi dėl tavęs pakenčiau priekaištus; gėda apdengė mano veidą.
8
Svetimas tapau savo broliams ir pašalinis savo motinos vaikams.
9
Nes tavo namų uolumas suėdė mane; ir priekaištai tų, kurie tau priekaištauja, krito ant manęs.
10
Kai verkiau ir baudžiau savo sielą pasninku, tai buvo, kad man priekaištautų.
11
Taip pat padariau ašutinę savo drabužiu; ir tapau jiems patarle.
12
Tie, kurie sėdi vartuose, kalba prieš mane; ir aš buvau girtuoklių daina.
13
Bet aš, mano malda yra tau, o VIEŠPATIE, priimtinu metu; o Dieve, savo gailestingumo gausybėje išgirsk mane, savo išgelbėjimo tiesoje.
14
Išvaduok mane iš dumblo, kad nenugrimzčiau; tebūsiu išvaduotas iš tų, kurie manęs nekenčia, ir iš gilių vandenų.
15
Teneužlieja manęs vandens srovė ir tenepraryja manęs gelmė, ir tenesučiaupia duobė viršum manęs savo burnos.
16
Išgirsk mane, o VIEŠPATIE; nes gera tavo mielaširdystė; gręžkis į mane pagal savo mylinčių gailestingumų gausybę.
17
Ir neslėpk savo veido nuo savo tarno; nes esu bėdoje; skubiai išklausyk mane.
18
Priartėk prie mano sielos ir atpirk ją; dėl mano priešų išvaduok mane.
19
Tu žinai mano priekaištą, mano gėdą ir mano negarbę; mano priešininkai visi tavo akivaizdoje.
20
Priekaištai sudaužė mano širdį; aš pilnas sunkumo; aš laukiau, kad kas pasigailėtų, bet nei vieno nebuvo, ir guodėjų, bet nesuradau.
21
Jie davė man tulžies maistui; ir man ištroškus jie man davė gerti acto.
22
Tepavirsta jų stalas jų akivaizdoje spąstais; ir tai, kas turėtų būti jų gerovė, tepavirsta žabangomis.
23
Teaptemsta jų akys, kad jie neregėtų; ir padaryk, kad jų strėnos nuolat svyruotų.
24
Išliek ant jų savo pasipiktinimą, ir tavo rūstus pyktis tenutveria juos.
25
Jų buveinė teištuštėja; ir niekas tenegyvena jų palapinėse.
26
Nes jie persekioja tą, kurį tu sumušei; ir jie kalba skausmui tų, kuriuos tu sužeidei.
27
Pridėk neteisybę prie jų neteisybės; ir teneįeina jie į tavo teisumą.
28
Tebūna jie išdildyti iš gyvųjų knygos ir tenebūna užrašomi su teisiaisiais.
29
Bet aš esu vargšas ir sielvartaujantis; tavo išgelbėjimas, o Dieve, tepastato mane aukštai.
30
Aš girsiu Dievo vardą giesme ir jį aukštinsiu dėkojimu.
31
Ir tai VIEŠPAČIUI patiks labiau už jautį ar jautuką, turintį ragus ir nagus.
32
Nuolankieji tai matys ir džiaugsis; ir gyvens širdis jūsų, kurie ieškote Dievo.
33
Nes VIEŠPATS girdi vargšą ir neniekina savo belaisvių.
34
Tegul jį giria dangus ir žemė, jūros ir visa, kas juda jose.
35
Nes Dievas išgelbės Sioną ir pastatys Judos miestus; kad jie ten gyventų ir turėtų tai kaip nuosavybę.
36
Ir jo tarnų sėkla tai paveldės; o jo vardą mylintys ten gyvens.
