Mdumiseni uYehova, ngokuba kulungile ukuvuma uzuko loThixo wethu; ngokuba kumnandi oko; kwaye indumiso ithandekayo.

uYehova uyakha iYerusalem, ahlanganise abagxothiweyo bakwaSirayeli.

Ulophilisa abaphuke intliziyo, Abophe amanxeba abo;
4
Ubala inani leenkwenkwezi; uzibiza zonke ngamagama azo.
5
iNkosi yethu inkulu, inamandla amakhulu, ingqondo yayo ayinasiphelo.
6
NguYehova ophakamisa abalulamileyo, uyabawisa abangendawo.
7
Vumani ngendumiso kuYehova; nivume indumiso yoThixo wethu ngomrhubhe.
8
Ulogubungela izulu ngamafu, Ulungisela umhlaba imvula, Uloseza utyani ezintabeni;
9
Unika ukudla kwakhe amarhamncwa, Nakumahlungulu akhalayo;
10
Akakholiswa bubugorha behashe; akazithandi iinyawo zomntu.
11
uYehova uyakholiswa ngabo bamoyikayo, abakholose ngenceba yakhe.
12
Mbonge uYehova, wena Yerusalem! Mdumise uThixo wakho, Ziyon!
13
Ngokuba uyayomeleza imivalo yamasango akho; Abantwana bakho ubasikelele ngawe.
14
Nguye owenza uxolo ezweni lakho, Wakondla ngengqolowa etyebileyo.
15
Uthumela umyalelo wakhe ehlabathini; ilizwi lakhe libaleka kakhulu.
16
Unika ikhephu njengoboya; Unika ukubanda njengothuthu.
17
Uchithachitha umkhenkce wakhe njengamaqhekeza; Ngubani na onokuma phambi kwengqele yakhe?
18
Uthumela ilizwi lakhe, azinyibilikise; Uvuthuza umoya wakhe kwaye amanzi aqukuqela.
19
Wamazisa uYakobi ilizwi lakhe, Wamazisa uSirayeli izigwebo zakhe neziyalezo zakhe.
20
Akazange akwenze oko ebantwini, nabo babengawazi imigwebo yakhe. Dumisani uYehova.
