Taip sako VIEŠPATS: „Laikykitės teismo ir vykdykite teisingumą; nes arti mano išgelbėjimas, kad ateitų, ir mano teisumas, kad būtų apreikštas.

Palaimintas žmogus, kuris tai daro, ir žmogaus sūnus, kuris to nusitveria; kuris saugo sabatą nuo suteršimo ir saugo savo ranką, kad nedarytų nieko pikta.
3
Ir tenesako svetimšalio sūnus, prisijungęs prie VIEŠPATIES, sakydamas: ‘VIEŠPATS visiškai mane atskyrė nuo savo tautos’; ir tenesako eunuchas: ‘Štai aš esu sudžiūvęs medis’.

Nes taip sako VIEŠPATS eunuchams, kurie saugo mano sabatus ir pasirenka tai, kas man patinka, ir nusitveria mano sandoros:

‘Aš jiems duosiu savo namuose ir savo sienų viduje vietą ir vardą, geresnį už sūnų ir už dukterų; aš jiems duosiu amžiną vardą, kuris nebus iškirstas.

Taip pat svetimšalio sūnus, prisijungusius prie VIEŠPATIES jam tarnauti ir mylėti VIEŠPATIES vardą, būti jo tarnais, kiekvieną, saugojantį sabatą nuo suteršimo ir nusitvėrusį mano sandoros,

juos aš atvesiu į savo šventąjį kalną ir juos pradžiuginsiu savo maldos namuose; jų deginamosios aukos ir jų aukos bus priimtinos ant mano aukuro; nes mano namai bus vadinami maldos namais visoms tautoms’“.

Viešpats DIEVAS, kuris surenka Izraelio atstumtuosius, sako: „Aš dar surinksiu prie jo kitus, be tų, kurie yra prie jo surinkti.
9
Visi lauko žvėrys, taip, visi miško žvėrys, ateikite ėsti.
10
Jo sargybiniai yra akli; visi jie neišmanėliai, jie visi yra nebyliai šunys, jie negali loti; miegantys, gulintys, mėgstantys snausti.
11
Taip, jie yra godūs šunys, kuriems niekada neužtenka; jie yra ganytojai, kurie neturi supratimo; jie visi žiūri į savo kelią, kiekvienas savo naudai, iš savo vietos.
12
Jie sako: ‘Ateikite, aš atnešiu vyno, ir mes prisigersime stipraus gėrimo; o rytoj bus kaip ši diena, ir daug gausesnė’“.
