Te vagy Istenem — mondom az Örökkévalónak —, hallgasd meg hát könyörgésemet!

Örökkévaló, Istenem, te vagy hatalmas Szabadítóm, te véded meg a fejem a csata napján!

Örökkévaló, ne engedd, hogy tervük sikerüljön, ne add meg a gonoszoknak, amit kívánnak, nehogy elbízzák magukat! Selah

Körülvettek ellenségeim, és fejüket emelik. Rájuk szakadjon mindaz a gonosz, amit ellenem terveztek!

Izzó parázs hulljon fejükre! Dobd őket a tűzbe, essenek a mélységbe, ahonnan nincs kiút!
