Tamandani Mulungu ndi chimwemwe mokweza mau, inu anthu onse a pa dziko lapansi.

Imbani nyimbo zoyamika dzina lake laulemerero, mumtamande mwaulemu.

Muuzeni Mulungu kuti, “Ntchito zanu nzodabwitsa kwambiri. Mphamvu zanu nzazikulu, kotero kuti adani anu amakuŵeramirani moopa.

Anthu onse a pa dziko lapansi amakupembedzani, amaimba nyimbo zotamanda Inu, amaimba nyimbo zotamanda dzina lanu.”

Bwerani mudzaone zimene Mulungu wachita, ntchito zake nzodabwitsa pakati pa anthu.

Adasandutsa nyanja kuti ikhale nthaka youma. Anthu adaoloka mtsinje uja poyenda pansi. Nchifukwa chake timukondwerere Iye.

Iye amalamula ndi mphamvu zake mpaka muyaya, maso ake amalonda mitundu ina ya anthu. Anthu oukira asadzikweze.
8
Lemekezani Mulungu wathu, inu mitundu ya anthunu, mau omtamanda Iye amveke.
9
Iye watchinjiriza moyo wathu, sadalole kuti mapazi athu aterereke.
10
Inu Mulungu, mwatiyesa, mwatiyeretsa monga m'mene amayeretsera siliva.
11
Inu mudatiloŵetsa mu ukonde wa adani, mudatisenzetsa katundu wolemera pamsana pathu.
12
Inu mudalola kuti adani atikwere pa mutu, tidaloŵa m'moto ndiponso m'madzi, komabe Inu mwatifikitsa ku malo opulumukirako.

Ndidzabwera ku Nyumba yanu ndi nsembe zopsereza, ndidzachitadi zimene ndidazilumbira kwa Inu,

zimene ndidalankhula ndi pakamwa panga, ndiponso zimene ndidalonjeza pamene ndinali pa mavuto.

Ndidzapereka kwa Inu nsembe zopsereza za nyama zonenepa, utsi wa nsembe za nkhosa zamphongo udzafika kwa Inu. Ndidzaperekanso ngati nsembe ng'ombe zamphongo ndi mbuzi.

Bwerani mudzamve, inu nonse amene opembedza Mulungu, ndidzakusimbireni zimene Iye wandichitira.

Ndidafuula kwa Iye, ndipo ndidamtamanda ndi pakamwa panga.
18
Ndikadazindikira choipa chilichonse mumtima mwanga ndi kuchibisa, Ambuye sakadandimvera.
19
Koma zoonadi, Mulungu wandimvera, wasamala mau a pemphero langa.
20
Mulungu atamandike chifukwa sadakane pemphero langa, sadachotse chikondi chake chosasinthika kwa Ine.
