受膏者曰、主 耶和華 以神感我、以膏沐我、俾傳福音於貧人、傷心者醫之、釋被擄於縲絏、出俘囚於囹圄、命我宣播。
2
上帝 耶和華 之禧年、伸民冤抑、解民憂愁。
3
凡在 郇 邑、哀哭者使不蒙塵、而冠花冠、不喪膽、不殷憂、懽然頌美、若沐以膏油、若被以麗服、譬彼茂林、 耶和華 所植、以彰其榮、
4
城邑傾圮、歷年已多、荒蕪特甚、將復建造。
5
異邦之人、將牧爾群羊、耕爾田疇、修爾園圃。
6
爾曹堪稱為我上帝 耶和華 之祭司、供其役事、維彼列國、爾可享其貨財、被其榮顯。
7
昔爾受人凌辱、後必屢膺大賚、得徼福祉、既返斯土、較昔得業、其數惟倍、懽忭無窮。
8
耶和華 曰、公義者我所深愛、強據不義者我所痛疾、我與選民、曾立永約、言出惟行。必視其所為而報之。
9
使其後裔、名聞列邦、凡見之必知我 耶和華 錫嘏斯民。
10
選民曰、我之上帝 耶和華 、錫我純嘏、加我仁義、若衣麗服、若被長衣、譬彼新娶者、冠以美冠、譬彼新婦、飾以實物、我蒙福祉、不覺踊躍、欣喜不勝。
11
譬諸土壤萌芽、園囿甲坼、主 耶和華 必使仁義萌芽、列國頌揚之亦若是。
