Und umkeert, wennst recht rain und frumm bist, was haat yr, was bringt iem dös ein?

Nän, deine Naahstn seind aft d Opfer; dein Tuget niessnd s aber aau.

Es geit ain, die wo plerrnd und jaemernd, weil s Drangsler druckend: 'Helfio!'.

Dös fallt ien nit ein, däß s yn n Herrgot, ienn Bschaffer, sängend bei dyr Nacht!

Er höbt üns ausher von de Vicher und von de Vögl: Wärnd die weis?

Ain schreind, weil s Boese gar so drangslnd. Selbn seind s nit bösser; er lost nit!

Vergiß s; er rügglt nit auf Bödschn; nän, dyr Allmächtige schaltt ab.

Dein Sach, mainst, nig n überhaaupt nit. Nit waar ist s! Eingraicht ist s; wart s ab!

Ietz weil aynmaal ayn Sauhund auskimmt, dyr Herr nit glei aynn Iedn packt,

ietz, Hieb, taetst glei so bloed dyrherrödn und kennst di überhaaupt nit aus."
