Dios mío, tú eres mi salvador; día y noche pido tu ayuda.

El golpe de tu furia ha caído sobre mí; es como una inmensa ola que me ha hecho naufragar.

Por ti he perdido a mis amigos; me consideran repugnante. Es como si estuviera preso y no encontrara la salida.

Es tan grande mi tristeza que se llenan de lágrimas mis ojos. Hacia ti, Dios mío, tiendo los brazos, y te llamo a todas horas.

Si realizas un milagro, ¿te darán gracias los muertos? ¡Claro que no!

Desde que era joven he sufrido mucho; ¡he estado a punto de morir! Soy víctima de tus castigos, ¡y ya no puedo más!
