Nie nám, Hospodine, nie nám, ale svojmu menu daj česť pre svoju milosť, pre svoju pravdu.

Prečo majú povedať pohania: Kdeže je ich Bôh?

Ale náš Bôh je na nebesiach a činí všetko, čo chce.
4
Ich modly sú striebro a zlato; sú dielom rúk človeka;
5
majú ústa a nehovoria; majú oči a nevidia;
6
majú uši a nečujú; majú nos a nečuchajú;
7
majú svoje ruky, ale nehmatajú, svoje nohy, ale nechodia ani nezavolajú svojím hrdlom.
8
Nech sú jako oni, tí, ktorí ich robia, každý, kto sa nadeje na ne.
9
Izraelu, ty sa nadej na Hospodina! On je ich pomocou a ich štítom.

Dom Áronov, nadejte sa na Hospodina. On je ich pomocou a ich štítom.

Vy, ktorí sa bojíte Hospodina, nadejte sa na Hospodina! On je ich pomocou a ich štítom.

Hospodin bude pamätať na nás, požehná; požehná dom Izraelov; požehná dom Áronov.

Požehná tých, ktorí sa boja Hospodina, malých s veľkými.

Nech pridá Hospodin na vás, na vás i na vašich synov.

Nie mŕtvi budú chváliť Hospodina a niktorý z tých, ktorí sostupujú na miesto mlčania;
