Kom prys die Here. Alles in die hemel, kom sê vir Hom dankie. Kom prys Hom.

Almal wat in die hemel bly, moet Hom loof.
3
Al die duisende sterre, kom prys Hom. Loof Hom, son, maan en sterre wat lig gee.
4
Alles in die verste ruimtes van die heelal, ver bokant die bloue hemel, kom loof Hom.
5
Laat alles daar bo die Here vir sy grootheid prys. Hy het net ’n woord gesê, toe was alles daar.
6
Vir elke ster, elke planeet in die hemel het Hy ’n spesifieke plek gegee. Sy natuurwette kan niemand oortree nie.
7
Kom prys die Here hier van die aarde af. Kom, julle groot seediere en onstuimige vloedwaters.
8
Kom, weerligte en hael, sneeu en miswolke, en al die stormwinde wat Hy met een woord gemaak het.
9
Kom, berge en al die heuwels, vrugtebome en al die wilde bome,
10
wilde diere en al die vee, kruipende diere en voëls.
11
Kom, regeerders oor die aarde en alle volke, alle leiers en regters van die wêreld,
12
jongmense, oumense en kinders.
13
Mag almal die Here kom loof. Ja, Hy alleen is groot en belangrik. Ver in die hemel en ook hier op aarde kan almal sien hoe groot Hy is. Hy is so wonderlik dat woorde Hom nie kan beskryf nie.
14
Van sy kinders maak Hy helde. Hy gee aan hulle mag. Al sy kinders wat naby aan Hom lewe, sal Hom daarvoor prys. Kom prys die Here!
