Cymerwch salm, a moeswch dympan, y delyn fwyn a'r nabl.
3
Utgenwch utgorn yn y lloer newydd, yn yr amser nodedig, yn nydd ein huchel ŵyl.
4
Canys deddf yw hyn i Israel, a defod i DDUW Jacob.
5
Efe a'i gosododd yn dystiolaeth yn Joseff, pan aeth efe allan trwy dir yr Aifft: lle y clywais iaith ni ddeallwn.
6
Tynnais ei ysgwydd oddi wrth y baich: ei ddwylo a ymadawsant â'r crochanau.
7
Mewn cyfyngder y gelwaist, ac mi a'th waredais: gwrandewais di yn nirgelwch y daran: profais di wrth ddyfroedd Meriba. Sela.
8
Clyw, fy mhobl, a mi a dystiolaethaf i ti: Israel, os gwrandewi arnaf;
9
Na fydded ynot dduw arall; ac nac ymgryma i dduw dieithr.
10
Myfi yr ARGLWYDD dy DDUW yw yr hwn a'th ddug di allan o dir yr Aifft: lleda dy safn, a mi a'i llanwaf.
11
Ond ni wrandawai fy mhobl ar fy llef; ac Israel ni'm mynnai.
12
Yna y gollyngais hwynt yng nghyndynrwydd eu calon: aethant wrth eu cyngor eu hunain.
13
O na wrandawsai fy mhobl arnaf; na rodiasai Israel yn fy ffyrdd!
14
Buan y gostyngaswn eu gelynion, ac y troeswn fy llaw yn erbyn eu gwrthwynebwyr.
15
Caseion yr ARGLWYDD a gymerasent arnynt ymostwng iddo ef: a'u hamser hwythau fuasai yn dragywydd.
16
Bwydasai hwynt hefyd â braster gwenith: ac â mêl o'r graig y'th ddiwallaswn.
